What makes Senior Strong special are several things. James Bateman and his staff have created an environment where each person can work out at their own speed and level. It is not competitive and it is very supportive. James has guided me to a set of exercises that works for the challenges and restrictions that I have. I am able to work out, feel good and slowly add to the exercises that I do. The amount of different equipment I work on and the weight that I can successfully do, allows me to feel successful and not in additional pain. I appreciate having James there to answer questions and make sure I am doing everything correctly as not to hurt myself.
All of the class participants are all very welcoming and kind. We each have our own challenges and goals and happily work toward them in a safe, supportive and positive setting.
